Assessment is the skill of focusing on the opportunities by evaluating choices and actions. It is the understanding of contingencies that can alter experiences. Moreover, it is the development of a plan of strategies to facilitate the application of our many skills, the competency of learning opportunities, the production of active disciplines, routines and intention to achieve positive changes in behaviours and systems.

Alex believes that creativity is the source of our will to express our thoughts, experiences and ideas. He considers it to be the main bone of a functional assessment and the essential skill of an efficient manager. According to the dictionary.com, creativity is:
